The project is led by the Illinois Department of Transportation and the ongoing study is being prepared by a project team including consulting firms and Department staff.  The Department will continue to work closely with the City of Kankakee, Federal Highway Administration, and other agencies as the project develops. 

 

Work is contracted to Strand Associates, Inc. with support from Claassen, White & Associates, Images, Inc., SE3, LLC, The HOH Group, Inc., and Wang Engineering, Inc.
